Whether you’re a small business, or managing a growing team, financial clarity matters. We help some clients with bookkeeping cleanup and setting up QuickBooks properly, while others we are helping hire employees and venturing into larger strategic decisions.

Meet the Founder
Jonathan brings more than 20 years of experience in finance. Over the course of his career, he’s worked in finance for some of the largest and most respected companies in the world, including Procter & Gamble, Walmart, and Red Bull. He’s worked in industries such as retail, manufacturing, software, and convenience stores. He’s advised small business start-ups and large corporations. Through his various roles he has seen firsthand how financial rigor and leadership varies with different stages of company growth.
He holds an MBA, has served as CFO, and is finance chair on the board of directors for Kids on the Move. His experience spans accounting, operational finance, forecasting, budgeting, and financial leadership, but what he enjoys most is applying that discipline to small and growing businesses.
Jonathan is not a CPA, and that is intentional. When specialized tax or audit services are needed, we collaborate with trusted CPAs to ensure you receive the right expertise at the right time.
